Submit clear, lawful text and context for protected APEX-admin review. Reports are private and are never shown publicly or to server staff. Do not attach files or include illegal material.
STRICT EVIDENCE RULES
Protect people while documenting the concern.
Keep evidence minimal and safe. APEX does not need prohibited material to understand that a serious concern requires official review.
- Do not attach sexual images of minors or any exploitative material.
- Do not attach illegal material or content you do not have a lawful basis to provide.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services instead of waiting for APEX.
- Serious child-safety concerns should also be reported to appropriate official reporting channels or law enforcement.
- Provide account IDs, public links, timestamps, and clear context where it is safe and lawful to do so.
