Legal Center

APEX Guard is a child/community safety SaaS for Roblox-connected Discord communities. This Legal Center explains how APEX handles privacy, safety signals, identity linking, reports, appeals, correction requests, deletion requests, data retention, child safety, contact requests, and volunteer guidance.

APEX is built around private, proportionate, and reviewable safety workflows. APEX is not a public blacklist, public reputation score, or public shame list. APEX safety signals are not legal determinations, public accusations, guarantees, or public reputation scores. They are private safety-review inputs used to support child/community safety workflows.

Some APEX features may be unavailable, disabled, limited, or subject to additional review. APEX should not describe a workflow as available until it has been implemented.
