2. Privacy Contact
Use the privacy contact for privacy requests, deletion requests, objection requests, data protection questions, or privacy concerns. The dashboard path is /dashboard/account/privacy.
3. Correction Requests
Use the privacy contact for inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or wrongly linked information. The dashboard path is /dashboard/account/corrections.
4. Appeal Review
For APEX platform/dashboard access appeals, use /dashboard/account/appeal.
5. Safety Contact
Use the safety contact for concerns that are not immediate emergencies.
Do not submit illegal material. Do not upload sexual images of minors, illegal material, or exploitative content.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Serious child-safety concerns should be reported to appropriate official reporting channels or law enforcement.
6. Legal Contact
Use the legal contact for lawful legal requests, formal notices, or legal correspondence. APEX reviews legal requests for authenticity, authority, scope, and safety impact before responding.
APEX may preserve or disclose information where legally required or where appropriate under emergency safety circumstances.
Lawyer review needed: final legal request wording, emergency disclosure process, preservation process, and jurisdiction-specific legal request handling.
7. Support Contact
Use the support contact for dashboard access, setup, bug reports, future billing questions, or general support.
8. Business Contact
Premium and Ultimate are self-serve — upgrade any server from its dashboard, no contact needed. Use the business contact for organization-level topics such as contracts, data processing agreements, custom retention arrangements, or partnership inquiries.
9. Report Intake Direction
Where APEX provides report intake, reports should focus on account identifiers, timestamps, public links, descriptions, and non-illegal context.
Do not upload sexual images of minors, illegal material, exploitative material, or content that you do not have a lawful basis to submit.
Report intake is not provided by this page. APEX should not imply that report intake is available until an approved workflow exists.
Requests and Contact
APEX provides request paths for privacy, deletion, correction, objection, and appeal-review concerns. Use the dashboard where available.
If you cannot access the dashboard, use the contact information on the Contact page. APEX may need to verify account ownership before disclosing, deleting, correcting, or reviewing account-related information.
POLICY STATUS
These policies describe APEX's current public posture and may change as the service evolves. Jurisdiction-specific terms and planned workflows remain subject to qualified legal review.
